In “The Untouchables”, Capone was paying off a lot of judges, police, and politicians - accurately reflecting the facts of old Chicago. I doubt that this corrupt democrat city has changed much since then.
Good movie.
I liked the old black and white series better even if it was way beyond what really happened in some cases.
The ones about Frank Nitti and Dutch Schultz were really TV-ized.
