These “teens” should have perpetual pool parties in facilities like those inhabited by Harambe and his fellows.
It’s a shame those were lap dogs and not full-sized. I’d have liked seeing a protective Doberman or German Shepherd react to that unprovoked attack.
He was put in `time-out’ at home, a place he would be anyway—for aggravated assault with serious injury?

Not that it matters much but I disagree with the statement that he slammed her to the ground (actually the pool deck).
To me it looked like he picked her up, then slipped and fell with her in his arms and they hit the deck together. She ended up landing on top of him then falling off him and onto the deck.
But then he went further, got up, then picked her up and tossed her into the pool and he went in with her.
It's still something that should've never happened and he needs to be punished.
What is it with his hair? Looks like one of those hats worn by British palace guards.
