Comey called Trump ‘crazy’ after Obama wiretapping claims: report

Former FBI Director James Comey reportedly told associates in March that President Trump was "crazy" for suggesting former President Barack Obama had wiretapped him.

Comey also called the president “outside the realm of normal,” according to a report from The New York Times on Wednesday.

The Times said that, in return, Trump was furious when Comey publicly refused to back his claims that he was wiretapped during the 2016 campaign before the House Intelligence Committee in March.

Comey said during the March 20 hearing that the FBI had “no information” supporting Trump’s allegations.

The Times report highlight lingering tensions between the president and Comey.that led Trump to decide to fire the FBI chief on Tuesday, a decision that stunned Washington.

Trump reportedly became increasingly angered by Comey’s remarks in the weeks after the March hearing and began discussing his possible firing.

The president told aides there was “something wrong with” Comey Sunday, two days before his ultimate ouster.

Comey reportedly, though, told associates that he thought Trump was unlikely to fire him, believing his removal would make people revisit how he handled the probe into Hillary Clinton’s email server – in particular the announcement days before the election that they were reopening the investigation. Comey thought that treating his decisions as wrong would call into question Trump’s election victory.

Trump fired Comey on Tuesday, with the White House saying he acted on the recommendation of Attorney General Jeff Sessions and his deputy, Rod Rosenstein, who cited the Clinton probe.

Deputy White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Wednesday said Comey committed “atrocities” in his handling of the Clinton email probe.

Sanders said Comey sidestepped protocol and circumvented the chain of command with his decisions.

Democrats and some Republicans, though, have questioned the timing of Comey's dismissal.

The former FBI director announced in March that the bureau was probing Russia’s intrusions in the 2016 race, including possible ties between Moscow and Trump’s campaign.

Hmmm, a decision that stunned Washington, huh. Well good old corrupt Washington, DC, and all its hangers on (to include the media) is easily stunned by anything outside their particular comfort zone. Too bad the stun didn’t hit them all right between the eyes like the slaughterhouse tool that fells animals. [Yes, for those whose panties easily get twisted, this is dry, dark humor with only a smidgen of wishing and hoping.]

Yes, as we use ‘tape’ for ‘digital recording’

And to the average person "wiretap" means to listen in on telephone conversations - even though most are wireless and digital.

But that leaves an opening to apply "Clintonian Parsing" as a means to justify denial of certain acts and actions.

So they can safely say that president Trump's wireless telephone conversations were not wiretapped.

They were just recorded and stored digitally through other means - but not wiretapped.

"Crummy was so obviously carrying the water for Hillary, it wasn’t even a question. "

Let's see if anything comes of this headline from Drudge's site:

"Bangladesh prime minister says Clinton personally pressured her to help foundation donor"

I believe the laws used to regulate such listening are stilled called Wiretap laws.

For example

Title III of The Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (Wiretap Act) 18 U.S.C. §§ 2510-22, as amended by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA)(Pub.Sep 19, 2013

These 2nd graders, masquerading as adult lawyers, adult journalists, etc. ... I just consider whatever they say is a lie. And so far, I’ve been right.

Except Comney, with the collusion of the Obama White House, and without informing Congress was doing just that.

How many times are idiots going to cite "timing" before said idiots realize that deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein didn't join President Trump's administration until April 25, 2017?

Thanks to Schumer ( one of the idiots questioning the timing, by the way)

LOL! Now if only someone would invent a tool like that to do a mass stun of DC and all its fellow travelers and hangers on, we’d really drain that swamp. Imagine Schumer, Pelosi, McCain, Waters and the others all prone at once, kind of like those goats that keel over, stiff-legged, playing dead. What a treat that would be.

That is perjury. He did have that information, and he lied to Congress with that statement.

Comey called Trump ‘crazy’ after Obama wiretapping claims: report

It is "Comey" who is really nuts!!!

President Trump's office was wire tapped and we need to find out who did this without Trump's knowledge and convict this person and send him to jail.

Also, President Trump needs to say one more thing to Comey before he leaves. "Don't let the door hit your @$$ as you go out the door."

Comey is just as nuts as the Imposter Obama. Good riddens you moron "Comey!"
