Heroin and opiates are ravaging rural America. Time for a purge of all hard drug pushers.

If the cops can't control it, vigilante action seems appropriate if people want to clean up their communities.

Heroin and opiates are ravaging rural America. Rural America?! My town, a "nice" suburb north of Boston has had numerous heroin overdoses.
