So much for the tradition of US presidents having sex with Bono ...
I was at their show in Houston on Wednesday.
To be honest, I don’t know what the hell exactly Bono’s political ideology is - it’s this weird combination of freshman year idealism, practical solutions, Christianity, and John Ford westerns.
He did praise President George W. Bush for a few minutes during the show.
My two big takeaways from the show:
1. “One” remains an amazing song.
2. The Edge may be a vampire. That dude looked 33 in 1979. And he looks 33 today. We need to investigate this.
