How about a law passed by the fathers and grandfathers of Congress that mandates the death penalty for any adult who rapes a child in the USA? Let’s see who votes against such a law.

Would the mothers and grandmothers of congress be allowed to vote too? I’m a grandmother and if someone did that to one of my grandkids I’d kill them. And I bet most people would support it.
