The process for going after an employer is different, it is a drawn out deal. They may be going after him as well, I hope so.
Most of the illegals being rounded up now are already under deportation orders from immigration court so they can be detained on the spot and often deported within hours.

this coupled with proof of citizenship for all welfare will fix the problem with out a wall.
But build the wall for good measure :)
