There cannot be a “transgender” birth certificate, because BIRTH IS NOT A CHANGE OF GENDER/SEX!
I propose the following:
One of two things marked on birth record:
1. dick visible
2. no dick visible.
Unless they plan to take some DNA and indicate whether XY or XX, my idea will work.
If a person has their dick sliced later in life, there is absolutely no reason why it should be on their birth record.
(The reason why they are doing this, is that, in their minds, the birth record is the person’s IDENTITY!!!!!!)

Question here, the only animals on earth that the males of the species actually give birth are fish of the Syngnathidae family (pipefish, seahorses and the leafy seadragon). Since this is a fact, how can a human male determined by birth documentation give birth? Seems like a spin-off bill better be in the works or this will kill current knowledge of HEPPA or insurance coverage.

Hey, vanity birth certificates... I’d love to see someone challenge this by wanting a different birthdate. ‘I dislike the 6th, it is an awful day, and therefore demand that my official date of birth be the 22nd as it is much better than the 6th.’ And when they deny it, point out that since basic matters such as gender are flexible at the person’s pleasure, so too should be the date of birth for equally arbitrary reasons.
‘I just decided I was no longer a 6th, and identified as a 22nd, and therefore they must change my certificate of birth to match.’ Bury them in their own stupidity. Make them defend, in court, their arbitrary decision, and why a date change is somehow different.

Thanks S & S. My question was more sarcastic than informative. I was considering it would be impossible for a male designated female child, at birth, to be justified to receive an abortion and for a female designated male child would be impossible. So by using an inconsistent designation with what actually was born, based upon the “opinion” of the parent and not the facts, besides falsifying documentation, would create an incorrect designation of a doctor’s prognosis, which could get the doctor arrested or license jerk for HIPPA violations, and a tax problem for an operation. I think they call this the slippery slope.
