Comey needs to face obstruction of justice charges related to the email scandal (offering immunity to anyone and everyone involved in it), as well as the IRS targeting where evidence was physically and intentionally destroyed yet no one was prosecuted, as well as the national security leaks that have been occurring over the past year.
