So, a Polish high school student is smart, well read and savvy enough to end a statement with “carthago delenda est” (From Wikipedia: “A common modern use in order to emphasise to third parties the strength of one’s opinion about a perceived necessary course of action is to add either at the beginning or the end of a statement ...The phrase is sometimes fully adapted in modern usage, as a learned reference to total warfare.”)
Meanwhile the average American college student can’t muster much outside of accusations of white privilege.

He did not actually use “carthago delenda est”.
He said the modern equivalent:
“The European Union must be destroyed.”
The kid senses ‘the boot’ of corrupt liberal elites... good for him.
He should of said “Islam Delenda Est”.

How puzzling that the primary threat to European Unity would be the European Union.
The unelected bureaucracy overeached their usefulness.
Two things could have saved them.
One, real elections for the people who actually wielded the power.
Two, actual, enforceable limits on the power of the bureaucrats to regulate the minutia of life.
If they had stuck to the Euro as a european currency (allow the national currencies to float against it) and freedom of travel throughout Europe, they probably could have made it work.
The average American college student can’t remember where they were last night, much less use Latin idiom..................
That is why home school is becoming more common, and why the government is trying to ban it. Home schooling kids are the future of Conservatives.

But it’s the EU and all the leftists politicians all over the world enabling the Islamists. Get rid of the left and Islam would be a tiny problem in the West.
