The sun is almost overhead and the wall is high. They would be shooting at an edge of the panel.

Cali is starved for energy, pleases the greenies, and cheap electricity with out all those panels on the floor of some area that could be used commercially. Now put some out in Death Valley...along with about 20 prisons for all the states to us, right in the middle...a desert Alcatraz.

Partly. I cracked one of mine, it still produces adequate voltage to run the charger but less current.
