I watched this. McCain was embarrassingly bad in every respect. His line of argument as he presented it was incoherent, even if at its root it might be reasonable.
I understood what he was saying.They were both candidates.Why was Hillary given a pass and not Trump.Hillary got a pass right before the election while they are still stringing Trump along.
I also watched John McCain's questioning of James Comey, and I agree with your assessment. McCain referred to President Trump as "Mr. Comey" or "President Comey" a couple of times. Regardless of what you thought about Comey's response to McCain's questions, it was clear what his response was, but McCain just couldn't seem to grasp what Comey was saying. It was painful to watch.
