Sessions needs to get Grand Juries in place and indict Brennen, Comey, etc. for leaking. Sessions then needs to get a Grand Jury in place and indict Lynch for Obstruction. Ditto Eric Holder for Fast and Furious. Ditto for the IRS debacle. While he is at it start a Grand Jury and indict Hillary and Bill for the Clinton Foundation mess. All that needs to be done on the same day. If you are going to mess with the Swamp attack as many Heads at once and attack hard.

On that same day Trump needs to fire all Obama holdovers and escort them out of the buildings with private security. Have the FBI (with loyal To America agents) escort the Dem's IT staff out of Congress and lock them up until Grand Juries are set up for them. If it is war they want, then give them war President Trump.

First Amendment freedom of the press implies that I am a journalist if I want to be one, whether or not the government gives my status as such its imprimatur.

But if every Tom, Dick, and Harry can become a journalist at will, a shield law would moot any law to which it applied.

There was a landmark case in New Jersey a couple of years ago, where the state Supreme Court decided that basically anyone who calls himself or herself a journalist is covered by the state’s “journalist shield law.”

Grand Juries? Hah...a DC grand jury would never indict Holder or Lynch simply because of race, regardless of the evidence. Also remote would be a DC grand jury indicting a high level dem like Bennan or Comey since they are “against the man”.
