If you look at the numbers on it, it looks like it’s dying without lifting a pen. Daily average of new applicants down to160. That’s half of the previous qtr and way down from program avg of 750.
We’ll probably be stuck with the majority of those in the system now though.
It’s still 58000 a year, half a million over 10 years. We don’t need any of them or their offspring.
