The difference is people liked Norville and knew she got screwed.
I saw Norville speak once, live at a convention. First thing I noticed as she came onstage was she was wearing two unmatched shoes. I was fascinated by her whole story as I had not followed it, and she did make part of her speech about the unmatched shoes!
