I've heard the rifle identified as "a SKS 7.62x39 assault rifle with a sniper scope". I suspect it was also "a 12 gauge fully automatic AK-47 pump action Glock evil black rifle with a threaded barrel, bayonet lug, and cop-killer bullets".

SKS. Not an assault type rifle at all, semi auto, no detachable magazine (10 round)
