A restaurant I previously frequented had problems with their third-world kitchen staff wiping their butts with toilet paper and then tossing the shyt-smeared paper into the GARBAGE can rather than flushing it away.
What kind of savages are being imported that are this utterly clueless about hygiene? They don't see others exiting public toilet stalls with a big wad of paper to toss in the garbage. Disgusting. Who knows the range of other cleanliness shortcomings they may possess.

You mean aside from the sign that says, “ALL employees must wash hands...”? Can’t figure how to use TP & a WC, anyone expect ‘em to figure what (anti-bac) soap & water are for??
