Yes, we stopped eating out in restaurants a few years back, and have both noticed that we don’t seem to get that digestive distress anymore.
An RN told us years ago that Hep A is being transmitted via unclean, third world food handlers in restaurants. She recommended everyone who eats out be vaccinated or stop eating out.
