Ok someone explain 8 & 17 posts to me.
What’s the point of the long fingernails inside the red circles? How does that relate to cocaine or other drug abuse.

I’m in the fold of ‘naïve’ too, having just seen this...

But, from what I can tell, it’s just a poor substitute for a dollar bill or other paraphernalia to snort cocaine. Something that you always have handy, if the straw or dollar bill is not available. Crude, but performs the function.

Just dip your nail in the bag and bring it to your nostril for a quick blast instead of laying down some rails.
