I’m a little lost here. Can someone please explain to me what it actually means that these states are quote unquote signing on to the Paris agreement. In what practical way can they do anything to abide by the terms of this agreement.

And then there’s the fact of the many military installations in Calif. plus the voters who want nothing to do with this latest Leftist insanity.
The politicians in those states can really F#CK the citizens of their states with taxes, regulations, licensing requirements, etc.
