The anti-Trump resistance is real. And if you're a taxpayer in California, it's really costing you.
The Golden State has decided to take its opposition to President Donald Trump 's crackdown on illegal immigration beyond defending sanctuary city policies. The Democrat-dominated state legislature has just approved nearly $50 million for a program that will provide legal services and representation for illegal immigrants.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is how you get 8 years of President Trump instead of just 4.
No, California isn't likely to go from blue to red in the next election over this. But as the rest of the country learns about how far Democrats and liberals are willing to go in using other people's money to support illegal immigration, there's likely to be a significant push back.

It could be tattooed on their foreheads and people would not understand it here in CA.
CA is functionally and demographically done. There is no Republican party out here, and that’s no exaggeration. And there won’t be one of any consequence for 25 years.
Leftist government isn’t trying to serve We The People.

And, oddly, at least half the country is not eager to live among the ruins while Utopia struggles to be born.
This state is right behind IL heading to bankruptcy. Their unfunded pension liabilities are enormous & yet the are taking taxpayer money to provide lawyers for illegals. They are spending the money they could be using on roads to fight Trump on deporting an illegal alien - even violent criminal aliens.
All Trump has to do in 2020 is ask the other 49 states:
Do you respect the rule of law, or do you want to become what California has become?
The quickest way to bring Calif into compliance is to have the DOJ crack down on illegal aliens voting. Remove the largest block of DemonCrap voters and start removing Federal Money. We cannot wait for the Repubs to do anything.
It is what the RATS in this state do. Steal from the taxpayers to pay for their political campaigns. There is NO INTEREST on the part of the RATS in Sacramento to take care of the state. They are systematically destroying it beyond any other state for comparison without ANY concern for the consequences. All that will be left here is illegal aliens and retirees.
Gee, where will the RATS get their money when the migration of the REAL wage earners and businesses are gone???
That’s why it was so incredibly important that Hitlery lost the election because the rest of the country would have been like that after she was finished. She would have flooded the country with absolutely anybody who wanted to come in, refugees, illegals, terrorists, gang members, anyone anybody, as long as Democraps get new voters. Right about now we would have been reading about hundreds of thousands of them coming in every week, if not every day and the wussbag RINO party would have been sitting meekly by, effin dips like Paul Ryan, “wooo whatever you say Hillary, just don’t hurt me” If she won we would have had Democrap Presidents for the next 100 years. On the other hand, maybe not being that we would not longer have a USA but something resembling a commie state with the 1st and 2nd amendments gone.

Frankly, I don’t think that would have much effect. I have zero doubt that at least 1 MM and perhaps 2 MM illegals voted in CA, but even if they all vanished, the state is overwhelmingly Dem except for some very sparsely populated areas. CA makes the conclusive case for the electoral college, in that probably 4 million HRC votes were in effect wasted.
California politics is a demographic Ponzi scheme.
With like they will start thinking about a new state of North California
The same can be said of Illinois which is in a race w CA to see which one defaults first. Our governor is being fought as is our president for trying to get a handle on the Democrat pension ripoff.
We have even been kicked out of the lottery because its officers are confident that Illinois will welch on the bettors. Can a government go any lower?
In 1994 this state voted 59% FOR Prop 187.
That was to DENY any “services” to illegal aliens.
One federal judge - Mariana Pfaelzer - said a state cannot make a law regarding immigration. The Reconquistas here were the ones who sued.
The very same people in that lawsuit - Kevin de Leon in particular - are the ones who pushed this law through the legislature.
Prop 187 passed with 59% of the vote. The citizenry of California said no, we don’t owe our money to foreigners in the state illegally.
Now Brown and the Mexican separatists say they not only get our money, they get it to fight their own prosecution?
People should be in the streets.

We’re hoping that CA can beat IL in that race, but realistically, CA has a much more robust economy, so I think IL will win. And since it’s much smaller than CA, it will be interesting to see what they try to get from the Federal Government.

Note the problem for IL is that they have only 1.2% growth whereas CA is 2.4%.The other states that are teetering are NY & TX where growth is 1.1 & 0.9% respectively. And Texas has huge local debt.
It’s called the State of Jefferson.
On returning from a reunion in Arkansas and having found the roads in AR and MO to be excellent, I hit Illinois the quality of the roads turned to horrible and the first sign I saw was one directing Illegals to a Welcome Center. Hopefully, our governor has gotten these removed I hope.
