I was listening to a phone tape of Nixon’s where he is talking with Patrick Monnihan, U.N. Ambassador at the time.
Nixon said the same thing about most of the rulers in Africa - “They are like little children.” Monnihan agreed.
In an interview after he was president the guy asked him what his focus would have been on if he had remained president. Nixon replied South America, and then Africa.
There are admirable qualities in remaining childlike. Governing is not one of them.

Two of my Black friends actually asked me who I was going to vote for last year. When I told each of them, Trump, they both said “good man!” Furthermore, I can tell you that they both saw Obama for what he really was, a racist.

Although it’s a less dramatic percentage, White women did the same thing. I just wished I could figure out how to account for it. My wife thinks it’s because a lot of single women have children ether out of wedlock or have divorced their spouses, and are looking for a handout. The sad part about it is that today’s “men” are in love with their penises, but little else.
The dysfunctional black culture trains blacks to think and act like children who have a chip on their shoulders with the attitude somebody owes them a living. The black culture needs major rework and revision.
I was reading about Sierra Leone - 20+ years of civil war really took its toll. The new ruler is trying his best - but he even said that he is not fully capable to rule, and that at the local level it is really bad. Most are short-sighted, egocentric and without morals. (So yes - like a five year old that swipes the candy from his classmate.)
Sierra Leone has all those diamond mines - they are trying to set things up so the government has more control of the mines and can manage (and tax) them - but that’s tough when everybody is so corrupt. And folks think these countries are so lousy because they are “poor”, and we need to help them with food and clothing.
What they need is help with education and leadership skills. I know private church groups and stuff have done wonders in some areas.
BIG difference between healthy childlike and arrested-development childish.
