Thanks for posting that “three phase” explanation of the process to repeal 0CommieCare.
Some folks aren’t getting that we, unfortunately, cannot simply repeal the monstrous boondoggle.
Also, as another FReeper mentioned, too many working folks were FORCED on to it. Trump cannot pull the rug out from under them. Dems would have heyday. They have to be phased back to private insurance, via these phases.
