Fusion Centers were expanded in the wake of the Patriot Act. Bush 43 formed the Joint Terrorism Task Force JTTF to form a command structure of federal, state and local police. It ‘sounds’ like a great initiative to combat radical Islamic terrorism. Instead, the radical Islamic terrorism targeting was shoved aside by Obama to put new targets in place.
Again, the foresight and wisdom of Bush 43 and the GOP Congress we worked so hard to give him in 2004 WERE LACKING. All of our hard work and devoted resources given to Bush 43 and 2004 GOP elections WERE SQUANDERED.
