It's my understanding, (trying to wade through the legalease) that they also partially lifted the injunction, allowing the ban to go into effect on the six nations, however they left the injunction in place for green card holders and other “with a relationship to the United States” (whatever that means). So it looks like about a 75% win...

You buried the lede. The Court also granted a stay, blocking the lower court's ruling:
"We grant the Government's applications to stay the injunctions" blocking the implementation of the ban "to the extent the injunctions prevent enforcement of Section 2(c)" -- the provision suspending entry from six countries -- "with respect to foreign nationals who lack any bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States."
