It’s not White Guilt, it’s hate. And there are several freepers who are just like her.
Guilt in this case translates into self hate and hating anything and anybody that has contributed to her unbearable (but unwarranted) sense of guilt.
Her way to atone for her “fathers sins” is to destroy anyone who is still, in her view, committing those communal sins that elevate her own sense of guilt.
