One ought not overlook the fact that those “liturgical Christians” were in the business of converting heathens to Christianity for about 12 Centuries before Luther soiled his first diaper.
That's true...Convert or die was the mantra of the Catholic faithful...And many chose to die rather than be forced to join your religion...
