Of the 4.5 million years of earth’s existence, beings on the planet have only been able to transmit a radio signal for around 100 years.
It’s not that advanced civilizations have not existed or will never exist, it is the improbability that they exist at this very moment and could communicate or provide any sign of their existence.
If they broadcast at this moment we would receive the signals eons into the future.
I think it is 4.5 billion as the evolutionists tell us, want us to believe. Where is all the space dust, the dead stars and all those humans that have been procreating for millions of years, including all the primates, plants, coccolithophores, and sugar bears? Where are they? Buried on another planet no doubt.
Yep. That's a key point. If you assume they are roughly equally spread out over distance and time it is more understandable that we might never be able to detect another civilization. In my book that is good. Probably nothing good would come out of alien contact. It is as if God purposefully kept civilizations separated.
Assuming there isn’t an expiration date on all civilizations, entire galaxies worth of stars should be fading away as their citizens build Dysan swarms.
“...have only been able to transmit a radio signal for around 100 years ...”
Assuming that radio is how everyone else communicates - See James Clerk Maxwell’s 200 field equations - if you can find an original copy. Out of those only 4 (converted from ‘abominations’ to vector equations by a self-taught mama’s boy) have brought all we know about the entire electromagnetic spectrum which includes radio (Einstein, Tesla, etc) ... everyone else (Non-Earth Peoples - NEP) has to have done exactly the same. And the chances of that are ...?
