Evidence? Reuters wants evidence. Yet, Reuters makes claims of Trump collusion and investigates for more than a year and never finds any evidence. He didn't give evidence in the tweet, the evidence was reported by the press and Congress. Obama did not inform the public that Russia was interfering, assuming for the sake of argyument at Obama's claim is true in the first place. By keeping his mouth shut, Obama was enabling the Russian meddling to continue unabated.

The report in the OP, that Trump didn't give evidence, is blatantly and obviously false. The evidence was widely reported. Adam Schiff said "I think the Obama administration should have done a lot more when it became clear that not only was Russia intervening, but it was being directed at the highest levels of the Kremlin"

If Obama had of opened an investigation of “Russian Interference” it would present four problems:
1. FBI would have gone through the DNC computers.
2. Hillary's bootleg server would then become an issue again in relationship to what the Russians may have gotten from her.
3.A real investigation of the DNC and Hillary may indeed show that the Russians interfered in the election on the side of Hillary.
4. The issue of Homeland Security trying to breach state voter roles and systems would then become an issue. Number 4 is a biggie that the news media has buried.

Susan rice is so stupid, her public explanations of her intel activities set her up for a precipitous fall. Taxpayers demand Rice answer questions....and they want answers now.

Questions for Rice:

1. When did you request the unmasking, and from which agency?

2. Who in that agency actually did the unmasking? Please provide the written requests you submitted.

3. Once the names were unmasked, did you still believe there was a threat to national security from the named US persons?

4. If so, with whom did you share the information, and what actions were taken to protect America and American citizens?

5. If you did not, then you should not have shared the names with anyone else, so how did the names become known?

6. Why was any of the info detailed here deliberately withheld on the FISA application? (it's a felony to willfully withhold information when applying for a FISA).

Alarmingly, the supposed ‘threat’ identified by Rice was about to be inaugurated as President of the US. Shouldn’t Congress have been notified? Why did Rice keep it a secret? Maybe she planned to collude w/ the Clintons to sell the intel to a foreign country?

The NSA didn’t unmask the information initially, plus later investigations found NO collusion between Russia and Trump. Seems to be proof-positive that whatever suspicions Obama/Rice/Brennan may have had to justify the unmasking were absolutely wrong, or more likely non-existent.
