“In Hawaii, ‘close family’ includes many of the people that the federal government decided on its own to exclude from that definition. Unfortunately, this severely limited definition may be in violation of the Supreme Court ruling,” Attorney General Doug Chin said in a news release today.

This man , Hawaii AG Doug Chin , has zero standing in this issue . His motions are activist attempts to challenge the President ,who s trying to defend America . The U.S. DOJ needs to rein this man in and possibly prefer charges gainst him for frivolous motion filings that endanger the nation . This man is NOT from Hawaii and does NOT speak for Hawaii's citizens . Chin is a Washington State liberal progressive political office aspirant and carpetbagger transplant , whose only claim to association with Hawaii is a law degree from the local law school ( Richardson) . He intends to run for the Governors office . He defames and denigrates Hawaii's reputation ; before the eyes of our nation and the entire world . We true Hawaiians humbly apologize for this nitwit . We ask that President Trump crush him , and his ambitions , utterly .

Not much media coverage in Hawaii about the Trump administration cutting off funding for Hawaii projects.

Wait until the rail funding stops.

The burden of proof is on applicants to prove they have family ties here.

And the SCOTUS has told lower courts to defer to the executive branch’s application of immigration rules.

I don’t think the HI suit will go far.

Next, the 9th circus rules the Supreme Court unconstitutional, declares itself Supreme Court of the land.

No, the lower court is challenging the Administration rules regarding what constitutes "close family ties" from the Supreme Court Decision.

Which is exactly what Justice Thomas warned against in his dissent opinion:

Moreover, I fear that the Court’s remedy will prove unworkable. Today’s compromise will burden executive officials with the task of deciding—on peril of contempt— whether individuals from the six affected nations who wish to enter the United States have a sufficient connection to a person or entity in this country. See ante, at 11– 12. The compromise also will invite a flood of litigation until this case is finally resolved on the merits, as parties and courts struggle to determine what exactly constitutes a “bona fide relationship,” who precisely has a “credible claim” to that relationship, and whether the claimed relationship was formed “simply to avoid §2(c)” of Executive Order No. 13780, ante, at 11, 12. And litigation of the factual and legal issues that are likely to arise will presumably be directed to the two District Courts whose initial orders in these cases this Court has now— unanimously—found sufficiently questionable to be stayed as to the vast majority of the people potentially affected.

Japan is broke. But it would probably help with the balance of trade problem if we sell Hawaii to China.

Hawaii to me has always been a tight knit state with a proud native tradition and culture. It is also sacred and hallow ground pertaining to WWII.In recent years it seems illogical that now “carpet baggers” can do as they please and the Hawaii government is acting like it does not want to be a responsible state in the republic. I always thought it would want Hawaii to be Hawaii and not some poor man’s California. For the life of me, I cannot rationalize such a state flaunting immigration laws and allowing the importation of foreigners.

Hawaii has the most weak and feckless Governor in it’s history at this time ; David Ige. The Democrap Party completely dominates the Hawaii State Legislature , holds all Federal Gov seats , and is backed by the Unions . On the other hand , the Hawaii Republican Party is also so weak and feckless as to be almost non-existent . The many Republicans that live in Hawaii have almost zero confidence in the HRP and no longer donate a dime to it . Rumblings of true Republican based patriotism , now issuing forth from the outer islands are drowned by the HRP power brokers that keep the strangle hold on power in place in Honolulu . A real revolution is needed out here . It will probably take a second Pearl Harbor to turn things around . The disgusting Dems & Libs will otherwise never let go .

they ‘stay’ ! and it is a pity that these islands have been invaded by masses and masses of idiotic , sooty , snotty Mainland Liberal ‘progressive ‘ Leftists . Many came foor the pakalolo and stayed to dominate the state politically . Hawaiians , God bless um , are a kind of innocent and naive people , they don’t / didn;t see the danger culturally that these Libs brought . They didn’t see the brainwashing for their younger generation that has now occurred in the schools and universities . With guilelessness , and a little bit too much carelessness , they believe everything they see and hear on mainstream media TV . “ Hey , reporters no can lie!...”
Its a sad situation . Like I said , only a 2nd Pearl Harbor would truly shake things up . If they had to FIGHT! for their lives , they would realize that all these pussy Libs had run away , leaving them to sort things out . We have a saying here : “ Auwe Awue “ ...it has never applied more .
