Can you imagine if Independence Day was in January or something? I think the stars really aligned for it to be on July 4th. It’s halfway through the year, it’s summer, and the Fourth just has that ring to it.
Actually, I’ve wished our Declaration occurred during the modern school year. Study our Founding document instead of black history for a month.
