The whole point of the ban is to provide time to develop BETTER vetting procedures. Being "fully vetted" under current regulations may not mean much.

Every last Muslim in the world does NOT fit that description. Whether they are jihadists or not, they all read the same F*cking book.
With Bammy’s admin, they asked them “Are you a terrorist?” If they said no they were “vetted” but that didn’t work in San Bernardino did it?
I also remember Bammy said it went against privacy laws to look at what the refugees say on the net. From what I hear now Trump is demanding it.
