Except I would have thrown in the “new breed” of retard that texts while waiting for the left turn arrow and then sleepwalks through the first 10 seconds of 15 second opportunity.
This story disturbs me more than other grim news that we read lately. Not because it’s a race issue ( I don’t believe this was at all) but because a battle over a lane could trigger and knee jerk reaction from somebody with a gun. Anybody could be a victim of this and you never know who. Scary.
