Which ensures many of minors who never heard of or never read Cosmopolitan will now be tracking it down.
Can’t be any worse than Seventeen.

Target audience 13-19.
Reminds me of the Joel Chandler Harris character B'rer Rabbit begging the fox not to throw him into the briar patch--which is exactly where he wanted to go.
Who knew Cosmo was still in operation?
I used to love those stories. Nobody goes lippity-clippity down the lane anymore.
“Which ensures many of minors who never heard of or never read Cosmopolitan will now be tracking it down.”
Even so, a healthy society deplores depravity.
Also on that page of Seventeen, a link to “Trump’s New Birth Control Rule Is a Deliberate Move to Hold Back Women.”
It is grossly immoral to lie to little girls like this. Can nothing be done?
They already know all about Cosmo. I have even seen teen girls bring Cosmo to a meeting in a church.
I grew up reading Seventeen. My girls are grown, but no way I would want them reading it now if they were teens.
That perception is so thirty-five years ago.
This crap is on broadcast television at all hours now.
You win the thread.
I am also the father of grown daughters, and was not a fan of Seventeen. If they read it they had to smuggle it into the house. It inspired my older girl to do her eye makeup like a streetwalking raccoon.
I am serious. Things like group sex, anal and S&M are now part of the Sex Ed curriculum in high schools. Go check it out.
I have a somewhat different take on this. I have been involved in some local groups that would like to advertize our events on local talk radio; but their rates for 30-second spots are beyond our budgets. When radio stations can fill their advertizing slots with deep-pockets organizations like this anti- (or is it pro-) Cosmo thing, then that jacks up their rates and makes it harder for us to buy air time.
Mrs. Topper said Cosmo would never harm a fly.
When I was seventeen,in 1968, Seventeen told you to put your solid perfume in the freezer to beat the heat in the summer. And how to talk to the boy you like in you math class.
