The passage of state laws overriding federal law started with marijuana laws. Nobody did anything about it in the Federal government, so now states are emboldened to do more.

NY and CA plan to create a million new citizens, with no authority to do so. Until somebody goes to jail for breaking the law, this will not stop. We are going 90 MPH downhill into anarchy.

Sorry, but *YUGE* difference between a true, authorized power of the Fed (immigration) vs. the illegal ‘War on Drugs’. State(s) *creating* a ‘citizen’, on the other hand...

Point out the hypocrisy of the Socialist vis a vie Brewer & Zero. More to point.

We all know there are multiple ‘Americas’; in neither do the elected/elite/connected ever face punishment (often), let alone arrested & prosecuted.

HERE is the greatest failure of the (R), Sessions and Trump...IMO. But, Trump painted him & Sessions into a corner re: Dreamers and lost the high ground of ‘Equal under the Law’.
