Even more ridiculous is that they will argue that the Paris Agreement is both insignificant yet also important. They argue that the measure is non-binding and voluntary, but then try to destroy the character of any opposition.

One suspects that America's man at the G20 is not going to isolated! Rather he will loom as the one really big man in the room. He has repeatedly shown that quality against a considerable array of those who had thought they were up to challenging him, over the past two years.
