So, if the US is isolated from the agreement, do the rest of the nations increase billions for it since we won’t?

Climate science is science. However, the zealotry of the apocalyptic thumpers can deal with it by putting their money and energy toward their goals without us.

The concept that China and India are exempt for years to come is ridiculous on its face.

China and India would not even be given more than a slap on the wrist after that too.

Even more ridiculous is that they will argue that the Paris Agreement is both insignificant yet also important. They argue that the measure is non-binding and voluntary, but then try to destroy the character of any opposition.
