A former Guantanamo Bay prisoner who pleaded guilty to killing a US soldier in Afghanistan has received a multimillion-dollar payment from Canadas government after a court ruling said his rights were abused, a Canadian official said Thursday night.
The official confirmed that Omar Khadr has been given the money. A different official also familiar with the deal said it is for $10.5 million Canadian dollars (US$8 million). Both insisted on speaking anonymously because they were not authorized to discuss the deal publicly.

Pound sand knarf. Or I’ll start comparing all Americans to the nut jobs as well.
The majority of us, especially in the west are dead set against all this bs. We’re very angry. The country is turning on turdo (not a spelling mistake), and I wouldn’t give this terrorist long.
I will retract my "Canada" and replace it with TURDO, as we are all at war with Satan's minions
That attack on the Canadian Parliament a year or so ago was just *one* guy.One of the stories I read indicated that he came damn close to getting to their *Prime Minister*.Imagine what a plan funded by $10 million could accomplish.
The Hosers should stick with half racks.
There is a silver lining in all this. Canadians are justifiably outraged at. Trudeau will lose the next election over this issue.
Screw you moron, we watched 8 years of Obama fund terrorism, including those who killed Americans and Canadians.
[What kind of piece of garbage human would be a lawyer for a scum?]
One looking for a big payday and it looks like he got it.
“the job of a lawyer is to be there when the money changes hands”
We met a guy from A;berta in Guadeloupe a few years ago and we got talking. He told us he was in the oil industry who had worked all around the world and at one point said..."just think of Alberta as Canada's Texas".
I thought that was pretty funny.
Roger that sir. We are at war with Satan’s minions.
I know how this ends and that gives me peace and hope.

Maybe he won’t live to spend the money?

GSC, the attack on parliament was in 2014. Tempus fugit, you know.
Thank you. My sincere appreciation
Alberta is a lot like Texas, but we still have the same issues with the larger urban areas being overrun with leftards.
It’ll come to a head yet.
