I have a male nephew who is afflicted with that illness. I decline to address him by his girl name or to call him “her” or “she”. If Mrs. JimRed’s family members don’t like it, they are free to exclude me from family gatherings.

Prayers that he be delivered from that mental defect, but that is not likely without the insistence upon treatment by his own parents and sibling. Unfortunately they appear to be supporting his delusions.
