A Serbian appeals court on Thursday stopped a landmark trial against eight former Bosnian Serb police officers charged with taking part in the 1995 Srebrenica massacre.
The court in Belgrade said it has accepted defense complaints that the charges against the eight are invalid because they were filed when Serbia did not appoint the chief war crimes prosecutor.
The ruling means the whole proceeding will have to start over from scratch, which could take months or years. …

The massacre was not as they presented it. Roy Gutman won a pulitzer prize for the reporting, his partner was a film maker employed by George Soros.
If you look up Roy Gutman’s history he was a propagandist then and continues today. He writes for the Nation.
He is trying run a false propaganda operation about Syrian Kurds (UN investigated it and there is ZERO evidence of any of it)
Leftist like Gutman have no shame.

I never said it was a made up story. I said it was not as reported and the reality of that makes prosecution more difficult.
This has been going on a long time, I followed it in the beginning. I did discover Roy Gutman is a liar and propagandist. He is still doing it for the money.
A war was going on, a lot of bodies were brought in off the street into this to make it appear to be what it was not.
