Has Little Caesar’s sued yet for the appropriation of their theme Pizza, Pizza?

Actually Little Caesar's is barred from using the tagline "Pizza, Pizza!" in Canada because this other chain owns the rights to it there. In their Canadian ads Little Caesar says "Hot n' Ready!"

True and Pizza Pizza like this um lady is huge in Toronto....they give Tim Hortons a run for the money.
