Turkey is incapable of the idea, far less the execution of ‘justice’ for religious or ethnic minorities. They might have been better when they were pagans, but that is doubtful.
Turkey’s long record is to conquer, consume and oppress, with the only variation on that theme being the occasional military defeat.
