Americans give President Donald Trump the lowest six-month approval rating of any president in polls dating back 70 years, punctuated by questions about his competence on the world stage, his effectiveness, the GOP health care plan and Russia’s role in the 2016 election.
Just 36 percent of Americans polled in a new ABC News/Washington Post poll approve of Trump’s job performance, down 6 points from his 100-day mark, itself a low. The previous president closest to this level at or near six months was Gerald Ford, at 39 percent, in February 1975.

No. This is the predictable consequence of saturation negative coverage. Trump is an easier target than most other Republicans would have been, but I do not believe the Democrat/MSM playbook would have been appreciably different had some other Republican been elected. They spent the last six years of the Bush 43 administration in a sustained hate campaign, and it is becoming clear beyond serious doubt that the Democrats now regard this as normal politics. The Democrats no longer accept the legitimacy of an opposition party.
Oh my, and I’d bet they would be churning out sky high, record breaking numbers for their preferred candidate even though most likely she would be barely able to get out of bed before 10:00 am on most days, let alone really do anything as President.
I just don’t pay attention to the MSM anymore. They have become an ignore at all cost for me. To me this seems ridiculous and false but if it were true who cares?

Ther is a simple answer, but far too many on this and other forums are unwilling to accept that the mass media is nothing more than a corporate entity with their agendas disregarding the truth, especially all of it.
If more were to accept it, then the reality of penalizing them just as any other regulated corporate entity for violating the public trust. Who would be the arbiter is the sticky point but then again, what do we have representatives for in the first place?
It all comes back to the populace keeping them accountable with their powers they constantly oinly use for their own self interests.
