What about leaving the expanded Medicaid program and terminating the rest of Obamacare? GOP Senators from the 19 states without Expanded Medicaid would be hard pressed explaining why they feel their constituants should help pay for the program in the other 31 states.

About half of the rest are on opioids. If Capito cuts off the federal spigot for that then she's toast. It would be interesting to know haw many addicts even bother to show up on election day. If it is as few as I suspect, why bother with them?

It would be interesting to know haw many addicts even bother to show up on election day. If it is as few as I suspect, why bother with them? Addicts may not vote, but their non-addict family members might. Capito is playing to them.

Britt Hume has a moment every now and then.
Sunday with Chris Wall Ass he made the comment that
Republicans should remmeber when they vote that they are either voting to keep Obamacare as it is when they vote no or to change it when they vote yes.
He's right.
If you look at it like that its not really a tough vote.
