Thanks to a coworker I get it. If a black woman has a means, any means, to keep hubbie on the straight and narrow she should can would use it. In a very broad stereotypical statement black women do not always engender respect from their male counter parts. Add any lingering racial and gender issues and they can have it rough in our society.
