Bevin and Trump have a lot in common: they’re both punching bags for the dems and fake news. The people of Kentucky elected the former governor’s son, Andy Beshear, as Attorney General. In other words, the people unwittingly elected an AG that will spend his four years, full-time, assaulting and opposing anything that Bevin tries to do. Always good to get paid well for that which you would do for free.
Interesting way of starting that...Alison Lundergan Grimes said they both had something in comment, that they would both “never hold elected office.” :-)
Andy Beshear just barely won that race and probably would not have had the AG group not pulled out in the last two weeks, believing the media polls that Beshear had a solid lead. Nothing was spent to support the Republican SOS candidate, but he also just barely lost to Grimes. That was a missed opportunity to sweep all of the races.
