Is it Sessions who is responsible for such slow moving active prosecution of Hillary’s crimes, or is it the fact that the FBI is currently headed by a Democratic Party operative....McCabe?

Sessions has to wait for the investigation, that would be the FBI’s job.........

“Is it Sessions who is responsible for such slow moving active prosecution of Hillary’s crimes, or is it the fact that the FBI is currently headed by a Democratic Party operative....McCabe?”

McCabe works for Sessions directly, so it’s Sessions responsibility to prosecute Hillary. The FBI ( or if you prefer, the Federal Bureau of Matters), is and investigatory agency, they don’t prosecute anyone. Prosecuting someone is the exclusive province of the DOJ. So the issue at hand is that Sessions is simply a weak-kneed little ferret who needs replacement. Trump has rattled his cage a couple of times in the past couple of days, but it looks as though “nobody is home.” The next step is asking for his resignation.
