She's sure had the crabby, washed out demeanor of a cokehead needing a bump for as lone as she's been in the public eye. Maybe that's what kept her marriage together, it sure wasn't love or sex.

More likely a door to open the door to shutting down State Laws that are directly contrary to established Federal law - like the sanctuary city crap.
