America's vice president has expressed his sadness for the death of Charlie Gard, the 11-month-old British baby whose fight to seek medical treatment in the United States sparked an international uproar and long legal battle.
U.S. Vice President Mike Pence posted on Facebook: "Saddened to hear of the passing of Charlie Gard. Karen & I offer our prayers & condolences to his loving parents during this difficult time."

Pence, tell the degenerate liars Ryan and McConnell to pass a bill that actually repeals ACA, not a bill that amends ACA, a bill that repeals ACA entirely. You do that or you are complicit in the fraud that is Republican party.
Pence, you are the last prayer for the Republican party. You make Ryan and McConnell live up to their promise or your party is DONE FOREVER.

If McCain had stayed out with his faux cancer. It would have been a 50/50 tie with Pence as the tie breaker.

Why didn’t they send a plane to retrieve Charlie and his parents? Why didn’t they tell Teresa May we are on the way, get them ready and meet us at the airport? These tears are a bit late.
If McCain would have stayed home the vote would have been 49 repeal to 50 keep Obamacare (48 dems plus their two sisters). Obamacare would have stayed.
Pence just did that by bringing up Charlie Gard. Of course he did it the genteel way and the other side is playing for keeps. Their goal, which McCain supports, is to destroy America. Destroying health care is a good start.

Was not about “sending a plane” was about Britain not letting the baby go. The hospital would not release the baby to go to America. Had this been done am sure Trump would have sent one of his own planes as fast as one can blink to get Baby Charlie.

What should have happened is the whole family was given perm. Citizenship and a plane sent and then Teresa May told “You are holding American Citizens hostage”. That would have been a PR nightmare for Britain just like it was for Iran.
He did not push the issue. Had he done so, there is no doubt in my mind the baby would be here and still alive, Britain be damned.
