Oh man! Living in the flatlands must be rough. I couldn’t do it. Gotta have trees, hills, lotsa greenery everywhere ... allergies be d***ed. LOL!
One thing the flatlands are great for is storm chasing though!
Sounds like your timing was really good for this trip since you missed the dust storm. Those can’t be fun to deal with AT ALL.
